Case studies from businesses we have partnered with already.
The best way for us to show how we can drive the success and growth of your business is to share the news from companies we have already partnered with. Here, you will find examples of companies we have invested in and how that investment has helped move them to the next level of achievement.
KBI Group acquired Pegasus Precision in March 2020 from a successful entrepreneur who had transformed the business into one of the largest providers of high precision sheet metal and machining to instrumentation manufacturers in the South East. The KBI transition team worked closely with the owner, who joined the main board at KBI, to understand the potential and capabilities of Pegasus Precision. Together, they developed a strong business and financial plan, backed up with a well-conceived sales & marketing strategy to enable Pegasus Precision to thrive, achieve new goals and set ambitious objectives for the future. KBI has invested in strong management and strengthened production to support growth, attracting new customers while maintaining excellent relationships with long-established ones.
IndEx Enclosures came under KBI Group’s wing in March 2021. In doing so, KBI successfully secured a family business with over 70 years of fabrication, design, and sales experience. KBI transition management quickly revealed the team and leadership at IndEx were special, skilled, and very talented. IndEx was well known for the guaranteed rapid delivery of cost-effective standard and bespoke enclosures for ATEX and Industrial applications, designed and manufactured in Great Britain. Our challenge at KBI is ongoing; to support, grow and develop “Team IndEx” with investment in people, state-of-the-art tooling, machinery, and rapid customisation software. This allows us to provide enclosures of superior quality, with an unparalleled level of service, underwritten by competitive pricing and added value. IndEx certification and unique configuration software can customise any size of hazardous area ATEX enclosure from 100 x 100x 80mm up to 2000 x 1200 x 800mm helping to establish the Company as leaders in the hazardous and industrial area enclosure market.
